Allegra Noonan’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and government investigations.
Prior to joining Sher Tremonte, Ms. Noonan worked as a litigation associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she represented clients in disputes involving both federal statutes and state law claims, including class action defense and trials in both state and federal court. Ms. Noonan also represented pro bono clients in federal immigration proceedings and at state family court hearings.
Ms. Noonan earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, a notes editor on the Columbia Journal of Transactional Law, and a teaching fellow for Corporations.
Ms. Noonan is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
