Sher Tremonte Welcomes Three New Associates Who Join the Firm from Federal Clerkships

New York, NY — January 8, 2026 — Sher Tremonte LLP is pleased to announce that Eleuthera Sa, Emma Schwartz and Grace Coleman have joined the firm as associates from clerkships at both federal appellate and district courts. Their experience in complex civil litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and internal and government investigations further strengthens the firm’s ability to represent clients in high‑stakes disputes.

Eleuthera joins us from clerkships with the Honorable Dale E. Ho of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Michelle T. Friedland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She focuses her practice on complex constitutional and civil rights litigation, including advocacy on behalf of vulnerable and underrepresented communities. Eleuthera is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.

Emma joins us following clerkships with the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Diane Gujarati of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, after practicing as a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She maintains a civil and criminal litigation practice, with experience in complex commercial disputes, First Amendment issues, securities matters, and indigent criminal defense.

Grace joins Sher Tremonte from a clerkship with the Honorable Natasha C. Merle in the Eastern District of New York. Previously, she clerked for Magistrate Judge Robert A. Richardson in the District of Connecticut. Grace represents companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes and in internal and government investigations and has experience in matters involving high‑stakes business and regulatory issues.
