Emma LaSala is a paralegal at Sher Tremonte, where she supports the firm’s attorneys in complex litigation matters.

Emma earned her B.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences from The George Washington University in 2025, where she attended on a Presidential Scholarship and was named to the Dean’s List. She also completed a minor in Criminal Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Emma gained experience across public service, government, and legal support roles. She interned on Capitol Hill for Representative Gabe Amo (D-RI), where she supported legislative and constituent services work. She also serves as an intake volunteer with the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights’ Workers’ Rights Clinic, assisting attorneys in providing legal guidance and referrals to workers. During her senior year, Emma volunteered with SPARC, a stalking prevention and resource center, supporting individuals affected by domestic violence.

Earlier in her career, Emma worked as an HR and Administrative Specialist at an IT consulting company, where she developed organizational and operational skills that inform her work in a legal setting.
