Emily’s practice focuses on white collar defense, regulatory enforcement matters, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Sher Tremonte, Emily served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
During law school, Emily worked on litigation and regulatory enforcement matters while interning with the U.S. Department of Energy and the Federal Aviation Administration. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jane Magnus-Stinson in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the Honorable Mark Massa in the Indiana Supreme Court.
