Laeticia provides support to the firm’s legal teams working towards the successful outcome of various matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Laeticia worked with the Immigrant Justice Lab. There, she conducted comprehensive social science research for immigration law cases, assisting attorneys with case preparation. She also created and maintained an extensive bibliography of country conditions research to support legal arguments. As an Oral History Student Lead at the Trotter Multicultural Center, she was able to conduct historical research on a variety of student movements and manage an oral history collection. She hopes to continue to work towards supporting and advocating for marginalized communities.
