Neesha represents individuals and corporate clients in criminal prosecutions and in complex commercial litigation. She passionately advocates for her clients, while carefully helping them navigate high-stakes legal matters. She has also maintained an active pro bono practice throughout her career, focusing on indigent defense and the rights of incarcerated persons.

Prior to joining Sher Tremonte, Neesha was an associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where she represented clients in civil and criminal matters, internal investigations, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. While at the firm, she was seconded to a television production company, where she provided on-site legal advice during the filming of a popular reality television show.

As a student attorney at NYU School of Law, Neesha worked with the Federal Defenders of New York to represent indigent criminal defendants in federal court, as well as with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund on Voting Rights Act litigation. She also interned with the Brennan Center for Justice’s Democracy Program and taught Legal Research and Writing at Taconic Correctional Facility, a women’s prison in Bedford, NY.
