Raphael joined Sher Tremonte after internships with the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, where he assisted with numerous high-profile criminal cases.

Prior to law school, Raphael worked as a paralegal in a boutique litigation firm concentrating on complex products liability matters. He has authored articles on juvenile sentencing, the First Amendment, and the roles of federal agencies and courts during the COVID-19 pandemic, all of which appeared in prominent law journals.
