Law360 Names Sher Tremonte a “Legal Lion of the Week” for Alta Partners Appellate Win

Sher Tremonte LLP was recently named one of Law360’s “Legal Lions of the Week” for the firm’s appellate win on behalf of Alta Partners, LLC. The recognition stems from a Second Circuit decision that affirmed a nearly $88 million judgment in favor of Alta and a co-plaintiff in their warrant dispute with Getty Images.
