She is well versed in collaborating with various eDiscovery teams to create innovative solutions to problems arising in complicated and sensitive document review.

At Davis Polk, Krista represented clients in federal and state litigation, focusing primarily on commercial litigation in breach of contract disputes.  Krista also devoted significant time to pro bono matters, including successfully appealing a client’s criminal conviction in New York State’s First Department, appealing a client’s Louisiana non-unanimous criminal conviction, and preparing a compassionate release application in the Eastern District of New York.

Throughout her career, Krista has also maintained an active pro bono practice, focusing on indigent defense.
