Rebecca’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and criminal defense.
Prior to joining Sher Tremonte, Rebecca was a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she assisted in obtaining the dismissal of a multi-million dollar securities fraud class action and worked on a high-stakes M&A litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery. In addition, Rebecca represented individuals sentenced to life without parole for crimes committed as juveniles in resentencing hearings as well as indigent criminal defendants in the Southern District of New York.
